The Tribe

It’s thanks to many people that Prana Pacifico Retreats came to fruition and represents the culmination of world travels, life experiences and contributions from many teachers along the way. Much Love and Gratitude.

Linsey Rankin

Founder and Retreat Coordinator, Massage therapist, chef.

Linsey has been practicing yoga since the age of thirteen but has re-connected deeply with her Prana and purpose in the last 2 years where all of her passions and talents were cumulated in the birth of Prana Pacifico Retreats.

Linsey was formerly trained at The Australian College of Natural Medicine, Melbourne and received a wholistic understanding of how to facilitate the body's natural ability to self heal through various manual medicine modalities.

She left Australia to travel, arrived to Colombia in 2013 and knew instinctively that she would stay. After working in tourism, education and health her entrepreneurial tendencies evolved and she set about creating a business model that would allow her to be creatively independent, establish a tribe and give back positively.

Her  first trip to the Pacific was in 2015 and she was captivated by the natural, untouched beauty, the desire to work more closely with the local community and sharing this special place in a sustainable and conscientious way.

In January of 2017 Linsey, along with dear friends and founders of Manos del Mar, organised a beach clean up event with 60 local volunteers, working together to offer environmental education to the Pacific coast communities.

In April 2017 Prana Pacifico offered its first 7day yoga retreat which Linsey not only managed but also catered, taking her passion for healthy cooking and hosting to a whole new level, planning, buying and preparing meals with love in the beautiful, but isolated private paradise.

Her free spirit and adventurous soul brought her  to Colombia a few years ago where she now instructs daily yoga classes in Spanish and English and offers thai massage sessions. Her heart centered approach and lessons are holistic and playful. Her intention is being there for her students to guide them in their process of finding inner peace, connecting deeply so they can feel unconditional love for themselves and everything around them.
