It’s that time of year again when the majestic Humpback whales make their great migration North, but not before they have made time to hang out in the Warm Pacific waters around the Prana Pacifico Property.
I had no previous experience preparing calamari, but when we were gifted a big bucket from one of the shrimp boats working just out from El Morro, I humbly asked dear Fausto (old and sometimes grumpy friend and caretaker of the house) to help.
